I cannot recommend Health & sports physiotherapy more highly, Carys in particular. I've had a history of back problems for the past 5 years and at the start of August this culminated in a back injury that lead to me being almost literally unable to walk due to crippling pain in my left leg. I was able to get appointments with Carys and the difference in a short time is astonishing. She gave me a diagnosis, treatment and plan to work with. The results have been dramatic! My back feels more stable than ever, and for the first time ever I can touch my toes. You have to be willing to put the work in, but if my experience is anything to go by, this is the place to go.
