Took £400 deposit for a bespoke jacket, missed estimate by 1.5 months. Didn't return calls or voice mails, didn't answer emails, didn't respond to post-it msgs from the people I spoke to in the shop next door... After posting this review, they reached out asking me to take it down ... They said they missed my email because it went to spam... They said they missed my voice mails because the machine was full....etc etc
