Unfortunately, I had to drop off a family friend's cat here, as he is not able to look after it any more. The staff were lovely, and caring of us, and of the cat. You can see the passion in them all to do their best, and the shop itself, while a little eccentric is friendly too, with some possible surprises in with the donations

My location which was shared in private email application Because I asked for clarification their rehoming distance policy (they make it up as they go along) Petty and dangerous people to be involved with.
