  Lyndsey has really helped take me from a state of constant fatigue to a much brighter place. Very detailed approach. Never rushes you & the advice she can give stretches through so many different facets. Well worth trying if you're struggling with energy levels, headaches, lethargy, stomach problems and any sort of pain. Her clinic is great too!

  Excellent. Treatment has been transformational for me. I’ve been waiting to leave an honest review for last 5 months. Now feels like the right time. I had acid reflux, sore throat and general fatigue for last 2+ years. I’m 38. I knew I was pretty unwell before seeing Lyndsey, but was very frustrated with the NHS being unable to tell me why. All my bloods were supposedly ‘normal’, endoscopy ruled out anything obvious, but medication didn’t work and I didn’t agree with the basic mechanisms of reflux that my doctors proposed. I found Lyndsey via the British acupuncture association (following a recommendation from a friend). She was quickly able to identify what was going on in my body, in a way that aligned with my thinking, but yet many layers deeper than anyone I’ve ever met. She recommended various supplements which I followed to the letter. I’ve been to see her 8 times. With each treatment I noticed gradual shifts in my symptoms. I started feeling more energized and hopeful. Writing this now I feel great. I sleep all night. I get little reflux symptoms, I have energy to train, I’m putting on weight (a good thing for me), my sore throat (pretty constant for 2+ years) has gone. It’s been so good I recommended my sister and fiancé go and see her. Lyndsey is incredible. Very knowledgeable, kind, honest. Treatment has been a valuable investment for me. I’m very grateful and hopeful for the future. May whoever reads this find health and happiness.

  When I first went to the heiwa clinic I was exhausted. I had been to my gp over the years and had IBS and chronic lower back pain. I couldn’t even do up my shoes without difficulty. Going anywhere meant checking there was toilet nearby first. I felt pretty terrible. I’d tried all sorts of diets and supplements, never quite sure what I should or shouldn’t do. On my first visit Lyndsey practiced kinesiology and acupuncture on me. She advised me that I had food intolerances and that my gut health was poor. Lyndsey recommended supplements and a change to my diet, which I followed immediately. Within a week I began to notice a positive difference. Within 2 weeks my back pain was gone, and within a month my digestion was more normal than it had been for years....(I won’t go into detail on that point). My first visit to Lyndsey was at the end of August 2020. It’s New Year’s Eve and I am feeling better than I have done for years. None of this is a quick fix, and I’m going to keep going. I’m not sure how it all works, but there’s some magic in there somewhere....

  I can’t speak highly enough of Lyndsey! She really spends the time to understand your problem(s) and what she can do to help. I’ve had great success with Lyndsey in managing migraines and helping with a couple of long-standing injuries which traditional medicine couldn’t help. Plus, she’s super passionate about what she does. Would recommend to anyone!

  Lyndsey really has been a life changer for me. I’ve had years of pain related to bowel and gynaecology issues as well as a number of allergies. I’ve had years of medical treatment and surgery but decided it was time to try alternative therapy and what’s when I came to Lyndsey. Lyndsey has an incredible ability to work out exactly what’s wrong and fix it! My body feels more connected than it has for a very long time. Pain has reduced significantly and I now only have infrequent pain and swelling. Prior to seeing Lyndsey this was constant. I’ve also seen a huge difference in my energy levels. Above all Lyndsey such a warm and friendly approach and I can’t recommend her enough. A true professional and expert in her field.

  I've been seeing Lyndsey for around 6 weeks now for help with peripheral neuropathy, which is mainly in my feet. I was having trouble walking and was getting pain on my calf muscles. The leg pain had gone, I'm walking normally and I have a lot more feeling in my feet already. As a bonus, I have lots more energy and the whole environment is calming.

  After 2 failed rounds of IVF, it was recommended that I try acupuncture. A friend recommended Lyndsey after she had received treatment and subsequently a successful round of IVF herself. Lyndsey was amazing, so friendly and made me feel at ease. Incredibly knowledgable about the fertility process and the links with acupuncture. Lyndsey explained everything she was doing and explained the reasons behind her recommendations for medication and frequency of visits. I attended once a week for 4 months before my IVF cycle and two sessions after. Our third round of IVF was successful and I can honestly say that Lyndsey contributed to this success! My wife and I can’t thank her enough for all her help with making our daughter Cora.

  I've been seeing Lyndsey for a few months now and I can't recommend her enough. I feel in very safe hands when I'm in the clinic and Lyndsey's knowledge is just so fantastic (and reassuring). I never feel rushed when I have my sessions and I truly feel like I'm finally on the path towards recovery.
