Spent ages invading my privacy during the vetting process, totally over the top compared to any other London Agency and especially as I’d already paid 6 months upfront. Then moved me In to a damp ridden bug infested apartment where my agent proceeded to be patronising and unhelpful whenever I contacted him to try and help with any of this. And to top it off they deducted money from my deposit for 2 spot light bulbs after all that🤣 Patronising snobby agents. I could go on all day really.

After a complete invasion of personal privacy, taking all my personal and passport details, every single assets information, they approved my application, only to tell me that the tenancy is withdrawn. It wasted hours of my time, energy and a complete invasion of privacy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Don't waste your time with this agency. It's a non responsive, unprofessional firm which doesn't care about their client needs and doesn't work hard to create optionality for their landlords. I worked with them on a house rental we were keen on and after two days of trying to get answers from them, they let the house to another client and didn't even engage us to get another offer. Overall a very dissapointing experience.
