He really took the time to go through and explain the process to us and had the patience of a saint dealing with all my questions. He has kept me calm through some issues we faced as we were a difficult case due to our own circumstances but Will reassured me he’d be able to help. Juts as an update a year on an Elliot and the guys advised us not to pay fees and changes mortgages but rather to switch internally for almost no fees.
