I have used this garage for the past 5 years now for MOT'S and the usual running car repairs. Each time it has been a 'First Class' experience. On Monday I needed a repair on the car exhaust, Jackie on Reception with excellent Customer Service Skills booked my car in and I collected the car the next afternoon. Terrible company and awful to deal with. Have put my lorry in for plating twice with them and it has failed on both occasions after they failed to carry out the initial work sufficiently. Their work is far from thorough and their customer service is appalling. I was accused of being 'aggressive' down the phone when I claimed I wasn't happy with the work carried out, and was constantly shouted over. Rubbish communication throughout which they try and justify by saying they've tried to call you - although this is never the case. Rude, arrogant and defensive individuals - which is all evident from their replies on here.

Terrible company and extremely arrogant. They failed to correctly diagnose my fault, carried out unnecessary work at twice the price I was quoted and the car came back exactly as it went in. They didn't even test drive it or they would have known they had failed to repair it. The case went to ADR and was found in my favour. Herts and Essex were asked to give me a refund by the ADR and they point blank refuse. Trading Standards are aware of this company and I implore anybody thinking of using this company to go elsewhere.
