Impressive entrance and clubhouse, The course not as Impressive, the greens are slow and have a spongy feel. But it was only £15 to play with a county card, so good value.

Regular spot for me and 3 of my ex work colleagues. Used to be 27 holes. Real pity that one 9 was closed off. Course is based like a links. Rough is really ROUGH.

POOR ETIQUETTE FROM LADY MEMBER'S This incident spoilt our what had been a good enjoyable round. We were a 2 ball on a buggy behind 2 lady 3 balls ... We were waiting behind them for 5 holes at times before they had teed off. When we asked to play through they asked if we were pay to play and when told yes they said we have no right to ask that. Very very poor etiquette for members of the club as the money paid for our rounds go towards the up keep of the course. I believe one of the ladies was even the ladies captain 🤦 For me and my playing partner this spoilt a good round as we had to skip 2 holes when we had paid for 18. The course itself was in decent condition... I would think twice about deciding to play here again due to be made to feel unwelcome
