A few days ago, I visited the shop and asked how much do they charge for a key cutting, was told 50 pence each. Since I didn’t have keys that I wanted to do key cutting with me, I left. Morning today around 10:20 am, I visited the shop again, asked for key cutting, and confirmed with this man 50 pence each, I took out the keys showing how many keys copies I wanted. Then I was told I should pop in when the key man was there, the key man would be there half past five to 9. I repeated with 5:30pm? He said YES. Then I returned to the shop at 5:20 with my son. We then be told the key man is not there yet. At 5:29pm, this man came out and shut the door. I asked where was the key man. He said he didn’t know. Keeping shutting the door and left. I believed every single word he said. I now doubt if there is a so called key man exists or he is and always is the key man. Or he is just a RACIST. I need explanation. Your behaviour is not acceptable and not tolerated. I and my son deserve your apology!!!
