    I’m so glad I went with Hicktons funeral directors when I lost my partner, they was recommended to me by two of my friends, Lisa is the most caring thoughtful person who went above and beyond for me and my girls, her little personal touches meant the absolute world to us, she cares and talks to your loved ones like she knew them just perfect. I’d also like to thank Greg and the rest of the team for bringing my partner home a couple of hours before the funeral so we had some time with him all arranged by Lisa, professional caring great service.     Recently used for the funeral of a family member. 5 stars does not do the service provided justice. From start to finish they simply took our wishes and made them happen seamlessly. Unlike many funeral directors these days they genuinely care about the deceased and their family. We cannot express our thanks enough to Lisa, Greg and the rest of the team there for making such a difficult day easier, every wish was fulfilled, nothing was too much trouble for them.     Could not reccomend this funeral directors higher. Front of house was Lisa who was, for want of a better word, amazing!!! She went, in my opinion, above and beyond at every stage and made each and every one of us feel welcome. She directed us well but never made us feel like we were taking up her time. On the day of the funeral Callum was a standout and looked after the whole family making sure that we were consulted about every decision. Thank you all. You did my dad proud.

    The team at Bartley Green are amazing, greg and callam came to collect my mom when you passed away at home, they were so gracious and they made me feel my mom was in good hands. Lisa who sorted the funeral for me practically done everything for us, i can honestly say they made what was a time i was dreading a more comfortable time for us even on the day greg personally were a yellow tie, the colour i had for my moms funeral, i cant thank this wonderful team enough.

I spoke to her on a daily basis and was very supportive through the whole process and after. I would highly recommend using this company than going to the so called big companies.
