Came to ask installation of a 360-degree digital mirror with 4 cameras that would be completely independent from the car's audio, he said he would have to learn the device and would probably need a full day for the installation, so it would be quite expensive due to his high hourly rate. Never the less, running out of alternative options and because he is a very local installer, I agreed to these conditions. Then I ordered the device from the manufacturer and visited him again a few weeks later to book an appointment for the installation. He then refused saying that this is an Android device and he won't touch it... Well, I guess he's got no idea that on his own website, on the very home page, there are several advertisements of Android installation. I am not giving a 1-star review as probably he is a good installer when he does the job, but he would probably need to improve on communication skills as I went away quite upset about this whole situation... and then had to find a different installer that was not an easy task.

Having neglected to test the stereo in my new Ford Puma I was disappointed to find it a bit gutless missing most of the bottom end and as a fan of electronic music this was pretty annoying. Jeremy recommended a small Pioneer under-seat sub and all I can say is WOW! Incredible difference from such a small unit. Impeccable work from Jeremy hiding everything away leaving just the control unit in a discrete place, you'd barely know it was there. Great price considering how awkward the job was too. Would 100% recommend Highdown Car Audio & Security. Friendly and professional service from beginning to end! I've gone from almost completely missing all the lower frequencies to having a rich and punchy bottom end to my music. Couldn't be happier with it. Thank you very much, it's fantastic!

From his first response to my email, which was pretty much instantly replied to, dealing with Jeremy was an absolute pleasure and a breeze. he took all the ideas that I had in my head and made them come to life within my car. I have dreamed of having a system like this since I started driving in 1997, everything was finished and done to a very high quality and I can not fault any of the work done. Quality at it's best, my music never sounded so good. I would recommend, Jeremy and his company to anyone who wants ICE work done

Not good if you have a dash cam and leave all the bits out on your interior so I would not go there again as you I came in on the Saturday with the Hyundai konao and it was my own one you fitted and being a new car you would think they would look after me thanks Nigel

From my first call to the pick up this was a pleasure. After a total negative from anyone in the Horsham area I was directed to Highdown by Nightingales S.C. (Austin) and it was well worth the travelling. On entering the show room you will see how good Jeremy is as there is a cabinet full of National Awards for his work. I left the choice of product to him and when I collected the vehicle I got the full teach in on how to work the radio and the hands free telephone system, 5 Star dealer 5 Star owner, couldn't recommend it more.
