Whilst it was something that Hilary wasn't used to dealing with, her experience proved excellent in that she made it look even better than I imagined. She repaired it so that it looks like it was originally woven as such. I was highly impressed, and I was charged an affordable rate which was greatly appreciated. Hilary was very professional and responsive. She had a busy schedule but still managed to fit me in and repair them a day earlier.
