The receptionists are always really friendly and helpful, best GP practice I’ve been registered with. The nurse that I saw was amazing with my 3 year old when I took her in for her jabs. A lot of the reviews are frustrated with wait times for appointments but that is how the NHS is run I don’t believe it’s a fair reflection on the practice as a whole - direct your anger to the government instead…

I have been a patient at hill lane surgery for 5 years or so and I have never received anything but the very best of care. All the doctors, receptionists and nurses have always been very friendly and helpful. In particular Dr Keeney is an exceptional GP. She always makes me feel validated in my concerns, no matter how small and she never rushes me, I leave every appointment feeling hopeful knowing that there is a clear plan of action. The care that is provided is even more surprising given the enormous pressure gp surgerys are under and have been for some time. All the staff should be proud of what they are achieving as this cannot be easy.

New patient. Doctor was agitated about timekeeping from the moment I sat down. Never discussed my worries about my health ie high blood pressure. Have to wait now 3 weeks for another appointment to do that. Appalling place. Cried on the way home.

Useless! Wait 3 weeks for an appointment. Recieve eye rolling from doctor if you dare mention any other ailment (even if causing or related or the appointment). Provide samples which will be lost and then have to chase them for the results.

Just the best GP surgery I've ever had. Everyone from reception staff, to nurses to GPs is helpful and friendly. I've always been able to get an appointment when I need one and the staff are wonderful with my children. I don't know how they're doing it with everything the NHS is going through but they should be very proud of the way they're managing! Thank you!!
