My tyre blew out from hitting a pothole not far from HiQ Tyres. Although I called the RAC the men from HiQ were extremely helpful and generous with their time helping me to locate my spare tyre (hidden out of view underneath the car) and checking I was ok. Even though I didn't use their services at this time I have recommended them to family and friends and will return if the need arises in the future.

I ordered tyres online, phoned them up if i could pay for it on payment assist the chap on the phone said he would have to ask his manager i said was that something he could do now whilst we're on the phone he said no just pop in on your appointment and it shluld be ok, turn up next day, nope cant do it only on goodyear and dunlop tyres, so why couldnt you tell me on the phone instead of wasting my time and fuel, so for that reason 1 star and will never use this company again simple.
