The reviews posted here are misleading and untrue. At least my daughter’s experience would confirm this. I bought her a treatment as a special birthday gift. Instead she received a substandard service and was charged an additional 2 pound 50 p for a cup of tea. Next time take your own tea bag to this “ classy establishment “ an absolute sham. Amazing experience what a transformation compared to the old salon! The beauty therapist is amazing so professional, i had a lovely facial. The hair stylist who did my blowdry was great. She did exactly as I asked for and gave great chat whilst doing it. The receptionist was so helpful and kinda. Thanks for an amazing experience I will definitely be back!

What hasn't been said about The Ritz - a truly exceptional experience at the salon on the 7th floor. My wife had one of their signature packages and said that she felt in heaven. I had a sublime haircut and we'll be coming back for more. Thank you Naoko!
