    The worst experience I have had in London. The order said it’d arrive in 5 minutes. I called 1 hour after the promised delivery time. They said 20 mins the driver has left . The restaurant is 7 mins away from my place. Then 25mins later I called again and they said 5 minutes again. At that point in time I ordered from another place in similar location. That food arrived before this restaurant delivered their cold food. Would absolutely avoid!!

    It is a torture. You order on Uber eats and you get no support either from Uber. The only option is calling the restaurant. They just don’t care. I called several times. They lied to me on the first call saying the order had already departed. Then on the second time the person on the phone said they were still cutting the fish. This was already almost 45 minutes past the delivery time promised. The food finally arrived. More disappointment. Tastes awfully bad. The fish doesn’t seem fresh. Soggy and smelly. Not to mention that it arrived like a sushi smoothie. They were so uncaring and lousy to put the boxes upside down on the bag it came all messed up. I just decided to do something that is ultrageous and against my principles which is laying food on the rubbish. Don’t order from this restaurant. I spent 30 quid to be frustrated and still hungry.
