Karen came around to give me a quote. She spend 10 minutes max with me. Told me what she felt I needed to do, and that was it. No further interest in what I wanted or my space. That is fine and I usually wouldn't even leave a review for that interaction. However, I emailed her after to confirm that I wasn't using her services and she emailed me back saying 'time waster.' I'm leaving this review because of this completely unnecessary interaction that honestly only solidified my decision not to use her.
