I came here for a few sessions and was treated by Gavin who took very good care of me - he was professional and friendly which put me at ease and gave me more confidence in my recovery from quite severe nerve pain. On top of his excellent treatment he demonstrated a number of stretching and strengthening exercises which definitely sped up my recovery and I'm still doing at home regularly. I have seen Gavin for two seperate injuries and on both occasions his sensible approach and excellent exercises combined with an expert understanding of the human body have resulted in full recovery. After experiencing 8 weeks of what I call "lockdown neck" where I couldn't do anything without major discomfort, I gave up on my GP's advice to "take painkillers" and found Gavin. I've never seen a osteopath before - have always coped with aches, pains and stress through exercise, but obviously this has been restricted due to the current situation. An hour consultation with Gavin put body and mind at ease. Thorough assessment, acupuncture, gentle manipulation and I am back to me and am very thankful.

I was suffering really badly with plantar fascilitis and could barely walk.I had spent 100’s of pounds on every possible remedy on youtube bought 4 pairs of trainers,seen my gp, had an x ray and seen a podiatrist. Gavin fitted me in as an emergency patient and did a thorough background history. He asked me what i wanted to get out of the visit and i told him that any improvement would be a bonus. At the end of the session i could feel an improvement The next day was also better and i had a further visit 5 days later. Gavin manipulated my foot and showed me lots of exercises. The difference was astonishing i should have gone to him first🙈. Gavin is very convenient and really very reasonably priced. I would describe gavin as having healing hands
