Nice enough station, but if you are walking here on the non car side the location in looks like a dangerous crossing onto the tracks but it has a nice gentle walk down to the station. If you don't see it or don't think it's an entrance the next field (which has a path and a big hole in the fence) has man who trains attack dogs. So be careful!

Rural station with a service to London, loses some points for that never-ending concrete track leading up to it from the road! You think you’ve made it to the station? Think again - you’ve still got a hike ahead of you! I joke, I joke, it’s not that dramatic. Also the ticket machine didn’t work. And the station building is all boarded up and quite sad looking.
