What can I say about Hollis Morgan other that incredible, amazing and fantastic. Olly has the patience of a saint, we had been talking to him on and off for over 2 years, had believed we had sold it privately, went back to him, changed our minds, went back again and finally agreed to an auction date. Oh my goodness that's when the speed changed in less than 2 months we went from Hollis Morgan being on site that same day taking photographs to it being listed to numerous viewings. We had been advised to price at the lower end to gain interest we priced at £235,000 with a reserve of £250,000, our initial buyer had offered £280,000. Suddenly we are at auction day. This is where Andrew the Amazing took over we were the 1st lot up and in what seemed like minutes bidding was going fast and furiously and the hammer went down at £325,000. To say we are delighted is an understatement and we cannot recommend Hollis Morgan highly enough.
