Wonderful and friendly. I was able to get an appointment at the time needed. Easy to get on. Lovely chatty staff. Had them filed the next day as I'd asked for the long but I soon realised they were too long. No problem at all, no appointment straight in and filed to suit. Offered a drink and felt comfortable.

I went here for the first time today without and appointment and had my acrylic extensions done, I showed Katie a photo and she did them exactly as I wanted them. My pedicure was amazing as well! The massage chair was very clean and the massage was fab! It’s friendly and professional family business. Andy and Katie are knowledgeable and very quick. I wil be back! Went here with my friend who wanted to get her nails done and I can honestly say it was one thing wrong after the other. They take the payment BEFORE the service which was already a red flag. Another customer in the nail shop at the time was asked by staff to put her coat on and get her stuff ready before leaving as the staff said to do this to “avoid damaging the nails” as they weren’t even dried properly!! They literally used a lamp to dry these woman’s nails. Another customer came in who was charged £38 for just a pedicure!! Very overpriced. To top it all off, a staff member was on the phone having a private phone call for majority of the time he was doing this girls nails, which I could hear every word. Very unprofessional.
