I have contacted a few mortgage advisors before buying my house, as my previous experiences with mortgage advisors were not great. When I first walked into HCM’s office it gave me a feeling of security and reassurance and I was definitely right about it. Becki who was my mortgage advisor talked me through the whole process and explained to me about all the fees and all the steps I need to take. The entire process of buying a house was hassle and stress free and went exactly as they said it will. Every time I walked into their office I felt welcomed and they made time for me (even if I came unannounced). We have now used home and commercial for about 7 years. I would not go anywhere else. They are alway very responsive, which is really important to me when dealing with a new or remortgage. Great value for money. You don’t have to worry about contacting them when you mortgage is up for renewal, as they will contact you way before. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new advisor/broker.
