Really enjoying my stay here. Lee, Tanisha, Leon and Cameron are all great and go that extra mile. The building has recently gone through a big renovation so many of the older reviews are from the old building, now its much better! Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is the price hike (my non-ensuite room went from £117/week to £170!) and and unfortunately all 4 of us can't afford to stay, but we definitely would all have re-booked if we could have had a re-bookers discount :( Other than that its perfect distance from UoM and shops and its nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again if the prices weren't so high now.

We recently booked an accommodation in Manchester, the booking process was quick and straightforward. After booking we wanted to make some changes so we made a call on 24th May and spoke to Lee, he was super helpful and patient in our 20 minutes conversation, he explained to us the price difference and also gave useful information about the rooms. He never rushed us and answered all of queries and also made the required changes. Our first experience is very good thanks to Lee and we hope the room and service we receive later would be equally good.

I feel that this accommodation required a lot more work doing to it before it was opened. Overall, the flats are okay and the support from the team is really good. But the team at Daisybank Villas has only recently come in and the gate closing the area off to people not associated with the property has also come in, which caused many strange things to happen in the car park late at night. Also, the area of Rusholme isn't that safe and there needs to be stronger locks on the doors and windows. Finally, the building is old and grade 2 listed, which means many things are consistently falling apart and need maintenance, which causes people to consistently be moved between flats, and sometimes, it really isn't worth the money.
