pros: - staff are friendly and maintenance are quick when it comes to fixing issues. - 5 minute walk from travel, arndale centre. also relatively close to universities - the size of rooms are very good, beds are 3/4 and lots of room for clothes and other personal stuff cons: - issues with mould/ damp - very outdated furniture (the desk in my room is sealed to the wall which doesn’t allow my cables for my computer to go behind, meaning they have to hang from the sides of the walls which could be potentially hazardous) - office hours seem to be inconsistent - fire alarm takes a while to be turned off - not enough storage room in the bathroom, had to purchase a storage bin to keep sanitary items. - wifi is terrible (had to buy our own box due to inconsistencies) - the rent price increases while having no improvements of living conditions. overall its an okay place to live while studying, very accommodating however the price is a bit excessive for what you get.

Staff are kind and help solve any issues I encounter almost immediately. Main issue is limited time to pick up any package/parcel at the office

Don’t book to live here even if your life depends on it… Fire alarms go off all the time and they take a good hour or so to turn them off. Ordering something online? Don’t. They close the office as and when they feel like it and it’s not open on weekends. As of writing this today the office has been closed for two days and is now going to be closed for another three. The windows are filthy, there are holes in the walls, the place is dirty, yet they have the nerve to constantly send us passive aggressive emails about cleanliness. Don’t live here. Go spend your money somewhere else this place is going to the dogs.

This place is absolutely awful I do not recommend living here. The staff are rude and walk into your flat as soon as they knock and do not give you any notice. I have been in bed and they have walked in on me and woke me up.There was mould on the ceilings and they were never in, they only work for 15 minutes a day, so you can get no parcels. It’s like living in a prison cell. Fire alarms go off all the time. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Less likely to catch a disease living in a skip than living in this place. There is mold on the ceilings and bathroom the place id set out to look like cell blocks. Felt like prisoner in a cell. Maintenance would walk in whenever they please without knocking you could be naked and they still wouldn’t care. Invasion on privacy if you ask me. Disgusting
