    Recently bought a house which had two windows installed by Homeview in 2017. Installation quality of the windows is awful. The frame has bowed out and you can now see outside between the opening window and the frame. Homeview aren't interested as apparently the guarantee needed to be transferred on sale and they won't entertain it now -fair enough, my error. Having removed the trim from around the window, the issue is obvious and is down to bad fitting. The unit is poorly measured to fit the hole and the gap around the unit has not been packed out so the frame has sagged creating a gap (the photo is with the window fully closed!). Thankfully I should be able to pack this out and solve some of the issue but it should never have happened in the first place. The second window has so much cloaking trim and silicone around it, I expect that it has been fitted to a similar standard... If you use them, I'd be keeping an eye on the installation quality and certainly inspect what they have done before the trims get stuck on with loads of silicone to hide the issues.

    I contacted Homeview as I was recommended by a friend in reading. They were excellent. based in East Sussex my area is a bit too far for them to cover. However although they couldnt help me directly they took the time to phone around and called my back within 5 minutes to recommend a company they know near me. They didnt need to do that. The lady Belinda (i beleive) was exactly what top quality customer service should be.

    We had a new roof installed on our Conservatory and are absolutely delighted with this, being able to visit their showroom and see and get an idea of an install was helpful. We had a few quotes, Homeview where not the cheapest and certainly not the most expensive. The workmanship was superb and we are very much impressed, everyone involved most helpful and we would highly recommend.
