Initially I went in for a consultation, Fay was very honest n straight forward. I was booked in for a balayage, for the weekend which I had to rearrange. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. On the day of my hair treatment, I had Jordon, very polite and friendly. I showed him a pic of what i wanted and honestly all I can say is I am very impressed.
