Pedicure was lovely, girl was really friendly and kind. So happy with how my feet look and feel. My nails are now nice too. But although I pointed out that my thumb nails were noticeably shorter than the rest of my nails (twice) she said my nail plate was longer which it’s not. I stated that I’ve never had that issue before getting my nails done. The lady didn’t offer to fix them I had to ask her if she was going to fix it because again I repeated they were shorter than the rest. She said I should have pointed it out sooner and why I didn’t. Mortified. It was as if it was inconvenient to rectify the error. I explained to her I also do nails and have done for 16 years so I do know what I am talking about. I am pretty sure she called me an idiot when she spoke to a colleague in her language. I was also over charged only by £5 for acrylic extensions as she just used a nude acrylic powder, no gel polish or gel powder. Again I know the difference in products used. I paid £40 for light pink nail extensions with white tip. First time I used this nail bar and the woman doing my nails was constantly texting and even was on a phone call to someone. Normally at other nail bars my nails stay on for 3-4 weeks. I’ve had these nails on for one week and a half and the acrylic was applied unevenly near my cuticle and the acrylic on the bottom of my thumb has completely snapped off.
