What an enchanting collection. We were staying over the road at a local B&B and noticed this place on Google maps. Curious, we made an appointment to have a look around and were so pleased we did. Such a friendly welcome (even for our 5 month old baby, who, incidentally, absolutely loved it), loads of helpful plant care tips and, of course, an incredible array of houseplants. We couldn’t possibly come away empty handed (although it was very hard to choose because there were so many unusual plants and we wanted everything)! It’s a little way from home for us but if we wanted a substantial specimen we would most certainly be back. In the meantime, I’m sure we’ll be buying from them online.

5 star customer service again, on our return visit to House of Plants. Truly the best selection I've ever seen! I'd buy one of everything if my bank balance would allow it! It's so nice to buy from a nursery where it's clear the plants are all being well cared for. This, coupled with the knowledge provided by the owners both at time of sale and with the after sales support, means my plants have the best chances of living a lengthy life! I'll be back soon for more no doubt!

I have ordered 90 cm tall Zamioculcas plant for £65. However, I have received only 70cm tall plant when measured with pot (50cm tall plant on its own) which is on the website of House of Plants for £16.90. I have contacted the company immediately by phone asking to refund me the difference. I was asked to send them photo documentation , but I haven't heard from them since. I can't get on hold of them, the phone almost sounds like they blocked my phone number and nobody is replying to my emails. I am very disappointed as I have chosen this company as I though that they are professionals and that's why I was willing to pay higher price. Update: I have got contacted by House ofPlants and they refunded me the difference. I believe that the size and price issue happened only by mistake

I made an appointment & collected my plants not sure what to expect. The plants are very high quality & very well priced. I was blown away by the fantastic range & quality of plants at the nursery, the premises are basic & functional, the vast range of unusual & beautiful plants is exceptional & something I've never seen & I know most of the local nurseries! There is nothing like this in the South East. If you want an indoor plant including something a bit unusual then this is the place to go. The passion, knowledge & support is unrivalled. This place shades all the others web based sites & blows the garden centres away. Call them & visit!

This was my first purchase from House of Plants. I bought a gorgeous specimen Ficus Microcarpa bonsai style tree. The tree arrived today in tip top condition delivered on time by pallet company. Paul is highly professional and ready to give sound advice. I would highly and only recommend Paul and his company for healthy quality house plants including monster specimens.
