The whole experience with Howdens Welwyn, from start to finish has been exceptional. We mainly dealt with Callie who was brilliant. Callie, Claire and Pat, and all of the team downstairs have been so helpful and accommodating. From us changing our minds on a regular basis, needing extra flooring at extremely short notice, to wanting to change the oven we had chosen after it had been installed, nothing was too much trouble. They were so efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly every time we called, emailed and turned up in store. The customer service has far surpassed our expectations and has made this stressful journey of having an extension done so much nicer for us. Thank you very much Callie, we will definitely be recommending you to any friends and family.
