The team in Wetherby are professional and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. My fitter told me why Howdens are the right kitchen company to use and everything he said was true. Whenever we needed any additional items etc, Howdens either had them in stock or delivered the next day, I know from talking to friends who ordered from other major kitchen suppliers that they had to wait days or even weeks, which delayed the completion of the job.

The rudest staff I have ever encountered! I asked an elderly staff member for their telephone number and she replied “google it”. I then tried to make an order on the phone to which the man sighed and hung up. For a national company to be speaking to customers like this is atrocious. I will be closing our account and moving my business elsewhere. Shocking
