Im and Emergency Animal Rescue and 1st Responder, I was notified of a cat that had been locked in a disused property that had been secured with steel grates and doors. I rang HSPG as soon as I arrived on site to ascertain if access could be gained. The call handler dealt with my enquiry immediately and was extremely polite and helpful. She contacted her team out on the road and they came straight out to meet me and give me access. 4 guys arrived and helped me search for the cat for around 45mins, very friendly, helpful and really did try. Unfortunately the cat must have hidden under floorboards so they re secured the property but created a small exit for the cat. We managed to retrieve the cat later that night using the hole the workmen left. The fast response from this company was incredible, and their staff are amazing, friendly and professional. Thankyou HSPG, this cat survived because of your rapid response.
