Wish i could give 0 stars to be honest. Really really unprofessional company! This company was hired to come and collect a machine from the factory that i work at which was sold on ebay they sent 2 guys to dismantle the machine as they dismantled the machine they decided to leave the parts to the machine outside on pallets and at the end of the day packed their tools away and left site leaving all the machine parts outside these were some of the main parts to the £6000 machine that was bought from us, And to put the icing on the cake a couple of days later a young lad was sent to collect it on with a haulage truck and when i spoke to this lad and told him about the machine parts being left outside his response was "believe it or not 1 of those guys that dismantled the machine is 1 of the bosses and part owns the company, We get this all the time". Please avoid this Company also terrible to deal with on the phone!.
