Impossible to get in contact with after several emails and countless phone calls since they posted an apartment to rent they finally answered the phone this morning and had accepted another offer on Friday. So seems you just need to be a lucky one they actually respond to. The women who answered the phone was unprofessional and rude, no apology just excuses in I don’t care tone.

Today I tried to call to book a viewing of the house after I told the agent the address - she hung up. I called back after I said the postcode - the agent hung up. The third time - they did not pick up the phone. The fourth time I called and selected what I wanted to rent, my call was forwarded to sales and they hung up again when I said the postcode. Very disappointed and angry how can you sell houses when you can't even pick up the phone? I called about this house LS134AJ.
