Feels like giving them 1 star is too much! Shambolic from beginning to end. Firstly they agreed a sale to someone who had no proof of funds and was actually a deal sourcer (someone who makes money off of selling the property to an investor without the estate agents knowing, basically trying to sell it for a fee) Then we had a sale agreed but found property was unmortgageable which obviously wasn't their fault, however due to this we made a counter offer which took 3 weeks for them to reply, also not their fault you would think. However we found that they were holding our offer off as long as possible making stories up so they could try and find a better offer and they then proceeded to put it back on the market. All we would have needed was the truth. Then a couple of weeks later (last Friday) they told us they now was happy to accept our offer, so we immediately got our broker and spent yet more money in fees to get the purchase, only for them to tell us this morning (Tuesday) that they had accepted another offer and the property was no longer on the market. We are property investors, and have purchased many properties but never ever have we come across a company that's so amateur and due to their incompetence and lying it has cost us thousands of pounds. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
