Bought a hoodie and a sweatshirt and was charged wrong price. Supposed to refund but ended up, charged twice when my husband saw his bank statement. Emailed, instagram message, Facebook messenger, all tried but no reply hence my husband will need to travel back to the shop to demand for his money back. Worst shopping experience with absolutely no customer service!!
