These reviews are really unfair in my experience. I visit Hythe twice a year and I always use this launderette and dry cleaners. The staff is always nice and accommodating. The facility is adequate for what is needed. Absolutely use this business with no concerns.

Popped in to ask if they had done their grey wash to be given attitude that I didn't hand my pink slip over (which they hadn't asked for) snappy attitude and very messy shop laundery piled up all over the shop. Won't be going back!

£7 for a wash. Only takes £ coins.. you've got to find your own source of change if you don't have £7 in all £1 coins. Rude staff, not very helpful when asking for their guidance with even telling them it were my first time to use a machine, was left to my own accord in guessing how to work their old style washing machines. Only use it if your happy to pay over the odd prices & dont expect to socialize with the staff
