Wayne and Joe at Hythe and Waterside Estate Agents wholly deserve this five star review. From the initial consultation through to exchange they were prompt, courteous and professional. Of the three local estate agents they valued our house the highest and utilised an 'open house day' method which achieved three offers at full asking price on the very first day! This then achieved an additional bid and acceptance which clearly wouldn't have been possible if it was sold in the traditional manner. We were lucky enough to be able to put an offer on a house that weekend for a house also sold by Wayne, which was accepted. As the only party affected by the stamp duty holiday deadline, we were happy with the service and responses we got throughout the process from Wayne and Joe. We were able to complete within the short window before the stamp duty deadline. If I were ever to move again. I wouldn't hesitate in using Hythe and Waterside Estate Agents services again.
