I had an amazing experience doing the LLR 2.0 lash lifting class with Teresa! It was helpful having the online education prior to my day of training with her (and some models under my belt already) and then being able to jump into a full day of hands-on learning with Teresa. She is truly a master at what she does and puts an incredible amount of thought and care behind her work. She shared all of her methods, knowledge, products, tips, and answered all my questions and then some. She is an exceptional instructor, and also just a genuine and fun person to be around. I highly recommend her and the course if you’re looking to learn lash lifting or level up!

What a fabulous experience at I Love Lash! I am a contact Lens wearer with fairly long lashes with light ends and I always needed to wear mascara to give my eye definition. I decided to try a lash lift and tint. It was a painless and deeply relaxing experience and the results are amazing! The consultation before and explanation of aftercare were very comprehensive and made me feel well looked after. I highly recommend I Love Lash and am looking forward to my next visit.

I can’t recommend Teresa Smith the master lash artist at I Love Lash, highly enough! I was speechless upon seeing my perfect, perky and pretty lashes after her treatment. The experience is five star from start to finish. Teresa is kind and warm with an incredible eyelash/brow game herself and you feel in same hands. She is passionate about what she does and communicates that excitement to you. Her treatment studio is both cosy and high-tech and you really know you’re in the hands of an artist. There is a painstaking attention to details as Teresa delicately floats around your lashes like a butterfly. In addition, Tereasa is a great communicator and explains clearly each step of the journey and I learned a great deal about my lashes and how to care for them in that hour. I really appreciated Teresa’s depth of knowledge and that she shared so much with me. The end results are stunning; I’ve has lash lifts before but never like this. My eyes seem brighter and to smile upon the world like never before. And I am smiling; as the final look really gives you that little more confidence in your appearance. Viva Teresa! The lash lift has completely transformed my lashes and eyes whilst preserving their natural look. I’ve never had lash lift done before and was hesitant about the procedure at first. However, an appointment with Teresa completely changed my perspective. The procedure is very comfortable and relaxing and you could easily fall asleep during it. Teresa is highly competent and makes your feel at ease, she would even play music at your request if you wish. At the end of procedure you feel like you don’t want to leave her cosy office in the heart of Covent Garden as it is so relaxing. I started my lash lift more than 4 months ago and have been returning to see Teresa since then as and when. I stopped using mascara at all which saves time in the morning and evenings too. Having used eyelash curlers for years, I decided to have a lash lift with I Love Lash. My lashes aren't long and are dead straight so was really curious to see what I Love Lash could do for them! Teresa was wonderful - a true professional. The experience was thorough but she put me at ease, explaining the entire process before working her magic. She also explained that even though I already have dark lashes, that having a tint would only emphasise the lash lift more. There was absolutely no pain during the procedure - in fact, I found it very relaxing and dozed off at one point! The end result was fantastic. Teresa explained the aftercare and 2 weeks on, my lashes still look fresh and fluttery. My eyes look bigger, even without mascara. With mascara, my lashes look 'wow'. Wonderful experience, Theresa made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, she is an absolute expert in her field, & you know you are in great hands as soon as you meet her. I've had a few treatments now and I was so comfortable the entire time, in the past when I've had these treatments it has always been a bit uncomfortable in some way shape or form, but here I was just so comfortable and the time passed so quick. Would highly recommend. A word to the wise though, when offered to use the toilet before you go to her salon area upstairs, do yourself a favour and use it, don't be like me and end up having to walk down stairs with eyes taped shut while your lash perm is setting because you thought you would be ok 😆 poor Theresa having to guide me down and then back up, she has the patience of a saint! 😇 Also the location is so pretty, a lovely little Harry Potter alley just off the hustle and bustle of the surrounding streets.
