A lovely little spot for two in York. This space is the perfect location to walk to & from everything you need in the centre, with excellent recommendations provided by Mark & Emma. Cleanliness and feeling safe is key for me when booking an airbnb and for this I would give them five stars! Little touches like a wee treat & tee and coffee on arrival, responsiveness from Emma & Mark as well as top tier guidelines for everything topped it off. Also was fantastic to have Netflix and a space to park your car if need be. Thank you for a delightful stay, would recommend to friends and stay again! Ps. If you’re a fussy coffee lover like myself, I would recommend trying Kiosk Cafe which is only a five minute walk away — best coffee I’d had in weeks!!

Spotless apartment, very well decorated. Ideal central location within walking distance to all the sights. Easy to find parking. The apartment is complete with everything you could need for a few nights away. Special thank you for the birthday card and chocolate bar! Lovely surprise! Perfect!

I stayed in I Should Cocoa in York in January of 2023 in a clean, beautifully presented studio flat. I'd gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and brilliantly-located spot from which to explore the city. Emma and Mark were speedy of comms, very helpful, very professional, and I would happily stay here again -- it was great!

We had an incredible time staying at Mark and Emma’s property from start to finish. We had help getting in which was wonderful after a long journey. I’m usual someone who gets anxious and the communication Pitt me completely at easy. The local recommendation were fantastic, and we able to explore more of York than we would have done without them. Everything was walkable even though I’m very pregnant. Will be recommending this to everyone. We will definitely be back. Thank you again.

My partner and I had a great time, the apartment was clean, tidy and the decoration was lovely! It’s in a great spot for heading into the centre of York which only a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend. Also excellent that there is free parking available in the multi story and a pick up / drop off point for getting checked in out.

Such a great place for a long weekend/ a week away! A perfect location as everything you need or want is no more than a 10 minute walk maximum! There's lot of history to be seen all a stone's throw away from the apartment! The apartment is a great size and has a modern feeling to it while still displaying many of the traditional features within the room reminding you the original purpose of the building! Could not recommend anymore! I will definitely be coming back!
