I was looking for a new iPhone for my daughters birthday . I live in Whitley Bay so there are numerous phone shops around my local area . All the phones were massively overpriced and the shops are not the best when it comes to customer service . I found iFIX Hetton by accident l messaged Rebecca on the weekend iFIX held the phone for me . Even though l had to drive down to Hetton it was totally worth it Craig and Rebecca are so professional they tell you honestly the best options .The shop is immaculate not crammed with junk like numerous phone repair shops and the phone l got is in pristine condition plus that was the best price l have saw that model for anywhere . Took my girlfriends phone to the shop as it wasn’t charging the night before, once the shop had a look at the phone it turned out to be just the charger port that needed cleaning out rather than replacing, the man in the store couldn’t have been any more helpful and cleaned it out for free. We then had a new screen protector fitted as well. Would highly recommend to anybody else with similar issues and will definitely be using again in the future if anything does go wrong with any of our phones. Great service and Thankyou again!
