    The room was disgusting, stains on the floor, stains on the carpet, smelt like smoke. We were charged a £50 deposit and then when we asked about the refund they tried to accuse us of the stains on the bed. We didn’t even sleep under the covers because we were so disgusted. We laid our clothes down and slept on our clothes. The bathroom had no hot water, there was pee stains all over the toilet, on the floor, there was black mold in BOTH bathrooms. We couldn’t even shower because we didn’t even want to touch anything. Not to mention no one respected the whole “quiet hours” the other guest were loud and messy. Not worth the price, especially in the area it in either. You’re better off spending that amount for a place inside the city, it would be a lot nicer and cleaner both area wise and room. Love the city but was beyond disappointed in the amount of money we paid especially to be told we needed to be cleaner next time when we were barely in the room and too afraid to lay under the covers.
