Service was mediocre, wine was not brought, when we asked for it, it came, but a big splash was thrown over the white tablecloth. When the food came I was stunned at the portions; even the 12 year old had his paparderdelle Bolognese in no time, I only ate my tortellini in small pieces, because it was really little. Very tasty! Nice space with nice simple decoration, but no atmosphere, very laborious, although I would definitely come back for the food in larger portions for that money! (Original) Sfeerloos, wij zaten er na een kwartier alleen en dat op een zaterdagavond... met nogal uitdrukkelijk aanwezige moderne jazzmuziek die niet zou misstaan in een lift ergens... Service was matig, wijn werd maar niet gebracht, toen we ernaar vroegen , kwam het, maar werd er een flinke geut over het witte tafellaken gekiept. Toen het eten kwam, was ik stomverbaasd over de porties; zelfs de 12 jarige had zijn paparderdelle Bolognese in no time op, mijn tortellini heb ik maar in kleine stukjes opgegeten, want het was écht weinig. Wél zéér lekker! Wel leuke ruimte met mooie eenvoudige aankleding, maar niks sfeer, zeer moeizaam, al zou ik voor het eten in wat grotere porties voor dat geld, zeker terugkomen!

I just had an "interesting" experience. I arrived for my reservation when only one other table was occupied. I was on my own....I was not given a choice of tables...I was given the one next to a serving area. I wasn't told there were specials; others, couples and groups had specials described at length. I noted each couple or group was asked which table they wanted. I managed to order food and wine, then I was completely ignored. Unless I signaled for service, nothing. When I ordered a second glass of wine it didn't come until I asked a second time. Yes, the restaurant was busy, but old lady, on her own, ignored....really. I won't be back.
