I recently used iLove homes to get a property to rent and I am happy with it. From the very beginning, the team was responsive and efficient that I can move in the property in short amount of time. After living in the property for a few months, the old boiler started leaking and I was worried that it would take a long time to get it fixed. However, once I reported on their website, the letting agency team responding quickly and arranging for a new boiler to be installed in a decent time period. I really appreciate the efforts of the team at [letting agency name] in making sure that the property was in good condition and that any issues were resolved promptly.

We recently sold our house through I Love Homes - the staff there made the whole experience run smoothly. A special mention to Louise, without whom I don't think we would have kept our sanity. Her calm and professional manner helped us deal with all of the problems you associate with selling your home. She really went the extra mile to help us, even forwarding an email that we were desperately waiting for on her day off! Also, Lee's knowledge of the area, and in particular older houses, was second to none. The valuation that he gave us was spot on and we had an offer on our property on the first day of viewing. We felt that we had a much more personal experience by using I Love Homes, I doubt we would have faired so well at the hands of any of the corporate estate agents. Thank you all so much.
