Good facilities for a relaxing day and good gym too. Complaint is I received a spa voucher as a birthday gift and asked via email how to activate the voucher but still have not been given and answer since the 18th of April. Disappointed to not have heard anything yet….

I’ve been a member here for over two years now and just want to say that since leaving the Imagine Spa franchise the club has become such a lovely, friendly place. We joined because of the 18m pool which is the largest in the area and is often very quiet, but under Imagine Spa there were often things broken. The new management have worked so hard to clean and refurbish the spa and gym, and it feels completely different to before. The front of house team are so welcoming and accommodating and go above and beyond to help visitors and members. A few last bits to finish in the changing rooms and this will be the best club in the area.

If you are looking for a small intimate spa / gym session.. this is the space / place. Not too busy. They offer some great massages and the staff are very welcoming and always willing to help. Family friendly

I really enjoy this spa. The manager is really nice and treats the employees with the same kindness. The employees are lovely and it makes a difference since this is a well-being place. It’s always such a great experience. Treatments are great!! Guests are respectful too.

Had a great massage today. Sadly I didn't have time to use the spa facilities. I made plans after my massage and opted out of using the spa as was a bit apprehensive having read other reviews but the pool area looked nice and quiet today, wish I'd made time to use the facilities now! This was a Wednesday morning before 12pm so would suggest this as a good time to book as I know there are swimming lessons from 12pm onwards. Would come again for a massage.

Decent massage but spa facilities left a lot to be desired. Lots of broken lockers (that you need a £1 coin for), no shower gel in showers, and freezing cold pool. There is only a pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna (in changing rooms). Glad I only got it through a cheap deal.
