I went in for a facial today with the lovely Genesis - best facial i've ever had! She also gave me skincare advice on how to calm my skin down and recommended products to try. And to top it off she had a lovely personality and manner! Definitely recommend and will book in with Genesis again!

This place is so run down and I think my pictures show just that! My massage was only 45 minutes long even though I paid for an hour. The facilities are just not very nice. Me and my friend chose to not use the showers as we both felt quite dirty after being in the changing rooms so using the dirty showers wouldn't have helped! Having a high sensitivity to mould spores, I come away from the 'spa' with a headache and congestion. Please change the music in the therapy rooms, depressing and repetitive. Such a shame as there is potential to have a really beautiful space, but unfortunately it is now in a bad way.

The massage was 👏 but the spa is shabby and in desperate need of an update. Only 6 loungers by the pool area! Changing room and toilet facilities were unclean with black mould and rust everywhere. The floor was dirty and incredibly slippy. Also the rules state no children under 5 in the jacuzzi when there were babies and toddlers playing in there on our visit and children clearly u der the age of 8 using sauna and steam room. On reporting this to staff they said they couldn't do anything about it !!???this is negligence on the staffs part as it is dangerous!!!! The spa staff were ok but customer service and smiles would go a long way !! Shame as the hotel itself was amazing 😪

The staff were nice and the massage was good but the building itself needs a lot of tlc. There are holes in the changing room wall, the paintwork is old and cracked throughout and there wasn't anywhere near enough seating. Not a luxury experience.
