Order complications. Checkout is very difficult to understand resulting in wrong medal sent out. Email confirmation also very difficult to understand with ample irrelevant information making the confirmation order once again difficult to understand. Once received we did not receive the ribbons. When speaking to customer service, and then the manager they were un willing to help and said it was my fault and there was nothing they were prepared to do. I would highly recommend going to another medal and trophy company.

Quite disappointed. Received complaints that the glass was all chipped around the edge, the engraving was scratched and on top of that there were no instructions on how to put it all together. Also, they said that the sticker was also wrong. They issued refunds, which I appreciate.

I don't really write reviews unless its worth mentioning but this must have been the worst website I've ever used. Trophies come in pieces and have to build them yourself. Engraving was so tiny i went cross eyed to read it. The staff could have taken the initiative to advise customer beforehand that the writing is too small and perhaps reword?! Staff were rude and sent another order without engraving despite asking them to engrave the medals. Order was sent back to them and never received the refund. Emails were ignored. What a terrible experience, never to use again. One star is too generous but i can't put down zero stars. On the plus side i found a very good competitor who is cheap and the trophies come made. So ill be using them in future!. Bye!

I needed 20+ custom trophies ready and delivered at short notice (within a week) and Impact Trophies were fantastic. I called them up and Bev was quick to explain what would be possible and told me what I would need to request to ensure my trophies shipped in time. Email communication was fantastic and my custom trophies arrived on Wednesday after ordering late Friday afternoon. Good quality and extensive custom options. 100% would recommend 👌🏿
