Had an air con re gas done. week later was blowing out warm air again. Called them back they said they’d sort it. Said I had a leak and needed a part. Either £200 to sort it that day or £40 but they needed to order a part in for me. Obviously trying to get me to pay the £200 then and there i said I’d pay the £40. Months later and 5 calls to them still waiting for this “part” absolutely ridiculous I give up at this point will have to pay for another re gas somewhere else completely wasted my money here Service: Air conditioning

I left my car on warranty with leaking petrol. after 2 hours i got a call that car is ready to collect. I heard - Yes petrol is leaking but we dont know where, its to wet!? outside to check, come back when weather will be good!!!!!! I asked is that safe rider with leaking petrol, answer Yes on short distance and open Windows if is smelling inside!!! In next week I left my car on 2 days!!!!!! before I pick up my car I called 9 times with no answer, they didn't deign to inform me that car is ready to collect!!! finaly I went after 2 days and ...diagnosis its maybe this maybe that.....I did not get any printout out of the activities carried out, they took my emails adress tonsend me a copy and still nothing, and they scratched right back doors !!!!!!!! DONT GO THERE!!!!!!

Don’t bother using for an MOT. Listed lots that didn’t need doing. Advised discs were work despite them being new only a few months ago. Surprise surprise today I’m told elsewhere no discs needed. Clean pass at another garage who is a trusted chain. How the DVSA let the MOT tester continue here is beyond me! Clearly inventing problems to create more business for themselves.
