    I went there to get the pearl on my bracelet fixed as it broke whilst at work and they repaired it super quick and my bracelet looks as good as new if not better. The service was lovely, the lady was really kind and was super helpful she did an amazing job at the repair, you would never tell it was ever broken. If you’re looking for a reliable trustworthy repair service this is the place to go, everyone is super lovely and welcoming would highly recommend I would happily go back there again.     ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE AT COLCHESTER BRANCH OF IN TIME.! (Basement of Fenwick store). My precious watch was broken. The winder and crown had somehow fallen out and I was gutted to discover that Alessi no longer produce watches; so I couldn’t even buy a replacement. The two staff at In Time we’re AWESOME. I was amazed at their in depth knowledge of my particular watch and even it’s history. They explained in detail what the various outcomes could be and gave me a full diagnosis in less than 30 minutes. The repair was less than 2 hours and I was told everything in future they would be able to fix if ever they happened in order to keep my beloved old watch working. They also told me what wouldn’t be possible to fix. SUPER FRIENDKY, WELCOMING AND HELPFUL. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to In Time whenever I need watch maintenance or repairs. 10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
