Great swimming lessons! We left another swimming class to come here as our child was ready to swim without a parent and concentrate more on swimming than songs. He has had both Eddie and Kyle who are both great. Kyle has a great rapport with the kids. We've never had a class cancelled unlike the previous company we used and the class sizes are small. The staff on the phone are always available to assist you too. I highly recommend Individuality.

I would highly recommend Individuality, so happy with the way my eldest daughter has progressed with her swimming and confidence in the water. Also my youngest daughter age 3 has just had her first ever swimming lesson and was smiling throughout the lesson and was made very comfortable. A big thumbs up and thankyou to Sarah who has taught both my girls. 😁

My daughter has had a couple of teachers at IS and currently is being taught by Kyle. He is so fantastic! Not only patient but does push her when needed. He’a fun, firm and seems to love what he does which really shines through! Chuffed with the teaching he’s providing and this goes for all the instructors. Unfortunately as a company IS and it’s management have a lot to be desired with their “family” ethos and I feel of late with the high turnover of staff this reflects the fact they are all about revenue. I can appreciate a small business and with the cost of living policies need to be stricter than ever but what a shame to our IS experience when after trying a lesson with my child who’s just turned 3 (and paying up front) to be expected to pay another whole month despite attending the pool once. If you’re looking for fantastic teachers IS is the place to go but I would advise to be very wary of management as from our experience along with our class, we’re definitely just a number.
