Very disappointed. Went here today to purchase some work trousers having had bad experience ordering online. The lady who started to serve me and seemed quite helpful, then disappeared. The young lad that went on to serve me needs more training in customer service. I attempted to buy three over priced pair of trousers but after being quoted way to much for discontinued stock I left with one pair. And nearly didn’t even bother with that. Having asked for a vat receipt the price went up £12 and even then I was buying ex display. Only when I asked for a bag, did I actually get a pair of untouched and not tried on trousers. Unfortunately I won’t be returning for any of mine or my staffs work uniforms. Already found a better place with better service and price only a mile away from here.
